You will serve as a Administrative Specialist in the SHORE C2ISR & INTERGRATION PSM, 45240 of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.
Duties
You will interface and communicate effectively with vendors, customers, peers, and management in order to complete tasking.
You will provide leadership, oversight and guidance on all logistics aspects of assigned projects/programs.
You will provide oversight to contractor team members conducting product support efforts.
You will conduct regular reviews for the Project/Program Manager, and as necessary briefs or reports to customers and users.
You will resolve technical or procedural deficiencies based on system readiness and life cycle cost data analysis.
You will serve as the lead logistical element supporting the In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing a comprehensive logistics product support strategy throughout the acquisition life-cycle; Interacting with industry partners to plan, execute, and manage logistics requirements; Communicating with various stakeholders and personnel, including those in Fleet operations; Reviewing, updating, and/or creating documentation for logistics projects and operations; AND communicating effectively verbally and in writing, to include giving oral presentations and authoring written reports and other documentation.
