Duties
Directing management and planning activities in four areas of expertise; clinical care, patient support, information and imaging systems, and the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
Coordinating plans for the renovation and alterations of space and facilities.
Providing technical supervision and training to administrative officers and administrative technicians in the areas of administrative management, budget, and personnel management.
Developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on, and improving the effectiveness of utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, risk management, quality control, and information and documentation systems.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

- Males born after December 31, 1959 must be registered with the Selective Service.

Qualifications
You qualify at the GS-14 level if you meet one of the following qualification requirements:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: providing leadership, guidance and advice to staff on matters related to a variety of administrative management functions; formulating budgets, staffing and personnel, allocating and tracking of resources and management and evaluating their use; managing projects and contracts; and developing and implementing cost savings initiatives, and other activities to streamline the provision of services.
