About the Position:
This position is located within the CHRA Soldier and DoD Human Resources Directorate, DoDEA Civilian Human Resources Service Center, and may be eligible for local commuting area remote work in the future as determined by agency policy.
Duties
Perform duties as team leader over a group of civilian human resources (HR) personnel specialists (assigning and distributing work; cross-leveling work among team members; ensuring work is completed within assigned timeframes, etc.)
Apply a full range of civilian HR methods, principles, and practices to advise on complex HR recruitment and staffing functions to include overseas recruitment.
Utilize detailed analytical methods to identify, evaluate, and recommend methodologies sufficient to resolve a full range of operational problems ranging from recurring to complex and unprecedented.
Execute recruitment, placement, reduction-in-force (RIF), and related programs for assigned organizations.
Conduct quality control reviews of work completed by junior level trainees.
Requirements

Experience Required: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled which includes: Interpreting civilian human resources (HR) regulations, laws and/or policies (i.e. special placement programs, U.S. or overseas recruitment sources, non-competitive hiring authorities, etc.) to provide expert level advice on complex recruitment/staffing functions; Analyzing and recommending solutions on complex pay setting scenarios or complex civilian human resource problems/issues; Analyzing data from civilian human resources automated systems in order to conduct quality control reviews and/or create human resources products (i.e. job analyses, vacancy announcements, referral lists, etc.); and Reconciling discrepancies with civilian personnel processes.
