You will serve as a Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Special Programs Branch of the Security Division of the Corporate Operations Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-05 is equivalent to the GS-13/14.
Duties
You will provide technical advice and support to NSWC Crane's Commanding Officer on Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) programs and operations.
You will be responsible for the operation (e.g., security, control, use, etc.) of all command Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
You will serve as the command subject matter expert for all aspects of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) administration and management.
You will have responsibility of planning, coordinating, developing and implementing the effective accomplishment of the SCI security and intelligence programs for NSWC Crane.
You will have responsibility of performing all tasking as assigned as the Intelligence Oversight Officer (IOO) for NSWC Crane.

- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying policies or directives to develop and implement security or intelligence programs for the protection of people, data, property.
