Duties
Advising on the impact of changes in mission or resources and recommends alternative courses of action and possible solutions for resolving management problems.
Reviewing and analyzing office organization and functions.
Assisting in the planning, development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of milestones for the Institute’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) activities.
Assessing potential barriers and implements innovative strategies focused on recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce, increasing awareness and support of equity and inclusion values, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
Participating in discussions, meetings, conferences, and conference calls with agency administrator, senior subject matter and technical personnel, and other federal agency officials to secure and provide information.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

Qualifications
GS-11
You qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343 position at the GS-11 level, you must have:
A. completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M., if directly related;
OR
B. 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: analyzing the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of conventional problems involving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) program operations; reviewing the effectiveness of DEIA policies and procedures related to the management and administration of DEIA programs; gathering and organizing statistical information to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of DEIA program operations; and drafting recommendations for modifying, revising, or implementing DEIA procedures and policy to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.
OR
C. a combination of post baccalaureate education that is related to the position and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
GS-12
You qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343 position at the GS-12 level, if you have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of DEIA organizational programs; performing studies and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of DEIA policies and procedures related to the management and administration of DEIA programs; implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of DEIA program operations; and recommending and implementing operations solutions to senior management.
You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
