You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the INTERNATIONAL CREW BRANCH of the EXPEDITIONARY EW SYSTEMS DIVISION in the SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will serve as the International Projects Section Manager within the Product Support Branch.
You will provide dedicated and wide-ranging programmatic oversight of all International Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare projects.
You will lead and be responsible for initial Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program development and contract award support, engineering and logistics services, financial management, foreign disclosure requirements, and International Test Events.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating International Electronic Warfare systems projects requirements to provide oversight of International Case Development and Management (e.g. Foreign Military Sales funding and contract support, engineering and logistics services, financial management, or foreign disclosure) in support of mission or customer objectives.
