***This announcement is open to employees within ORG and sub-orgs of 102 (1021, 1022, 1023, 1024, 10241, 10242). You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Infrastructure Division (102), Corporate Operations Department (10) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.

Duties

You will provide task/project oversight for general maintenance work, including managing corporately purchased material. You will process fund requests for Purchasing Card (PCARD) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for non-equipment Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) buys. You will provide SME-level team management and task oversight for facility coordinators and non-routine taskings across all six departments. You will collaborate and work with Facility Coordinators, manage personnel/mission space move coordination. You will provide leadership to a diverse government/contractor sub-team.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating project resource requirements to develop, plan, and execute project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
