You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Infrastructure Division (102), Corporate Operations Department (10) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will provide task/project oversight for general maintenance work, including managing corporately purchased material.
You will process fund requests for Purchasing Card (PCARD) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for non-equipment Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) buys.
You will provide SME-level team management and task oversight for facility coordinators and non-routine taskings across all six departments.
You will collaborate and work with Facility Coordinators, manage personnel/mission space move coordination.
You will provide leadership to a diverse government/contractor sub-team.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating project resource requirements to develop, plan, and execute project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
