You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (OA) for the SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.

Duties

You will provide systems administration and database management, creating, validating, correcting and manipulating data, and creating schoolhouse statistics. You will maintain student/class file management databases. You will enroll, suspend, reinstate and graduate classes verifying all entries. You will analyze academic programs, academic advising, advisory boards and academic boards and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing clerical assignments in processing training and education documents; 2)Using automated systems to enter, maintain and retrieve curriculum and/or course data; 3) Creating and maintaining student files and records. 4) Provide database management by validating information, processing code entries and correcting errors.
