You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN in the Maritime Warfare Directorate of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will generate, publish, and review posted class schedules to ensure compliance with established NETC policies.
You will coordinate all training events with all lead instructors within the assigned teaching directorate.
You will create accounts for new staff members, manage scheduling, and liaison access for selected staff members.
You will review, coordinate, and ensure all follow-on courses are scheduled to coincide with the completion dates of the main course.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing computer-based scheduling tools (i.e. Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, and Outlook) to prepare schedules; 2) Applying regulations, policies and procedures to prepare documents, records or reports; and 3) Performing scheduling, administrative, coordination, and training functions in support of the command.
