You will serve as a Training Technician in the MARITIME WARFIGHTING DIRECTORATE N73 of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will use office automation equipment to verify that educational program requirements are met.
You will use a software (e.g., word processing, graphic, spreadsheets) to support the presentation of data or generate reports.
You will maintain administrative documents and files to comply with administrative processes.
You will answer inquiries of general nature regarding training to students, instructors, and other staff members.
You will write reports that detail the conditions of the training or education program operations in order to recommend improvements for program managers.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing computer-based scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft outlook, enterprise Training Resource and Management System (eTRMS), etc.) to prepare schedules;
2) Applying regulations, policies and procedures to prepare documents, records or reports;
3) Performing scheduling, administrative and/or training functions in support of organizational mission.
