You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN in the Education and Training Department of OFFICER TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will use standard office equipment (e.g., personal computers, word processors, copiers, fax machines) to perform routine clerical functions.
You will input information into database for various students, staff and military personnel training requirements.
You will perform student class file maintenance to include class reservation, class convening, training interruption and graduation.
You will assist with personnel security process (e.g., initiate personnel security investigations) for command.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using automated systems to enter, maintain and retrieve curriculum information and/or course data; 2) Preparing status reports by researching files and/or automated databases to find, gather, and organize information; and 3) Utilizing training and/or education techniques and principles and of administrative steps in processing training and education documents..
