Duties
You will provide support for the Local NSWC PCD NAVY ERP Business Office.
You will provide support for NAVY ERP user access requests, roles, accounts and role responsibilities.
You will develop, maintain, promulgate and enforce Local ERP execution processes and NAVSEA ERP business rules.
You will assist with ERP Awareness and training using various methods including briefings, desk guides, and follow-on ERP training in specific
areas.
You will assist with monitoring and enforcing NAVY ERP Project Structures business rules, financial allocations and ERP project close out actions.
You will use NAVY ERP and NAVSEA Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for reporting and tracking of data integrity and compliance with ERP requirements.
You will provide advise and guidance to managers, supervisors, teams and analysts in key areas of ERP activities including User Access, role
assignments and responsibilities, ERP training, project structures and financial tracking.
You will provide support to Supervisors and users in processing role mapping requests in the on-line systems for ERP role access as the ERP User Management Representative.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-4: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-9 and GS-10 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing solutions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system including entering data, creating project structures, creating reports and /or analyzing system data to identify process improvements in support of corporate operations.
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-3: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-2 pay band (GS-5 through GS-8 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing program/project planning in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience.
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-4:
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR
- Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR
- An LL.M., if related to the position being filled; OR
- A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-3:
- A master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR
- Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR
- An LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position being filled; OR
- A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
