You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in a temporary position, as the Provisional Corporate Operations Officer in the Corporate Operations Department (Code 10). In this development opportunity, you will support Department Leadership in various facets of technical and business operations including aiding/contributing to executive decision making and special projects as a member of the Corporate Operations Department Support Staff of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION.
Duties
You will provide department action tracking and planning, administrative, operational and business management support services for the effective and efficient execution of the department business operations processes.
You will compile, evaluate, and analyze the execution of administrative and management functions.
You will engage and direct a team to deliver results, plan work and tasking, set priorities, accomplish objectives and meet deadlines.
You will analyze data from various sources, write effective analysis of trends and findings, and present the data to senior management and employees.
You will interpret the analyses of department operation criteria to ensure department health, and compliance with command goals and mission objectives.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent); Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience analyzing program or business information to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: supporting, coordinating, or conducting Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives; utilizing qualitative or quantitative methods to facilitate process evaluation; developing strategic or business plans to identify, acquire, or utilize resources.
