Duties
You will provide specialized data management work involving the design, creation, maintenance and administration of computerized databases.
You will analyze and define data requirements and specifications.
You will maintain, monitor, performance tune, back up and recover databases.
You will analyze and plan for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements.
You will perform quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data.
Requirements

- You must comply with Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) training and certification requirements as well as complete annual training requirements as specified by the Department of the Navy and related authorities.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administering highly available mission-critical Oracle 10g/11g/12c or higher database environments; 2) Establishing and maintaining database backup and recovery policies; 3) Using Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Procedure Language Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) to generate queries, reports, and scripts; 4) Implementing and maintaining database security; 5) Conducting database performance tuning.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
