You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT) in the Client Service Department of NAVAL ACADEMY.
Duties
You will guide teams in the execution of sound functional, organizational, and end-user service and support practice.
You will lead teams in the development and application of new and updated hardware, software, policies and practices.
You will ensure program goals and descriptors are represented and documented in business processes.
Requirements

- This position designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Strategic Planning and Policy Development level II within 6 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) provide technical leadership, management, advice and guidance on functional, organizational, and client needs and activities improving the end-user computing experience across the mission area; 2) investigate emerging technologies and practices to optimize productivity; 3) lead the development of hardware, software, services and solutions to ensure functional effectiveness and appropriateness; and 4) serve as the technical authority of IT desktop computing issues. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
