About the Position: This position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), Ft. Moore, Georgia 31905. The Maneuver Center of Excellence is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Al. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available.

Duties

Assists in the revision of training materials by performing instructional design, development, validation and evaluation based on criteria using the Systems Approach to Training Training (SAT) process. Participates in task analysis for determining training requirements. Verifies that lesson plans, training materials, and equipment required for training are present, current and operational to teach assigned units of instruction. Analyzes and recommends solutions to training and training resource problems.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
