Duties
Serves as Branch Chief, Enterprise Software and Mobility Services, Technology Foundations Services (TFS).
Plans, management and oversight of technical teams, infrastructure and projects associated with providing and sustaining enterprise end point centralized management and security within DLA's NIPRnet and SIPRnet computing environments.
Responsible for administration and sustainment of enterprise software distribution, instant messaging and mobility program management.
Oversees agency-wide responsibilities for sustainment, security compliance and operational standardization associated with all DLA Windows and non-windows end user computing devices...
(cont.) (laptops, desktop, thin clients and zero clients) in support of both NIPRnet and SIPRnet computing environments throughout DLA.
Responsible for the development, design, testing and implementation of operating system configurations, patch and update deployment, and standardization associated with protecting and optimizing all DLA end point computing devices.
Manages enterprise software deployment program, to include analysis, packaging, testing, communication and distribution of all 3rd party Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software available for use by DLA customers.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC) your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time- in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Performing enterprise-level project management duties associated software delivery and deployment, mobility management and end point vulnerability management and standardization.
Coordinating support and sustainment efforts on behalf of the agency for both on premise and cloud-based instant messaging services for all customers.
Overseeing systems deployment, integration planning and implementation, and coordination with organizational support teams, functional and business management teams, and applications software management teams.
