You will serve as a INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the Fleet Personnel Development and Allocation Directorate of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the Integrated Prevention Coordinator (IPC).
You will oversee establishment and integration of policies and responsibilities to mitigate self-directed harm and prohibited abusive or harmful acts.
You will support recommendations to policy, program and process improvement related to outcomes.
You will plan, manage, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training, education, and outreach for integrated primary prevention programs.
You will advise leadership on data-informed actions, prevention methodologies, assessment, and prevention training.
You will ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON), and Navy policies and local directives.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach.
Identifying existing or potential risk factors that can lead to problematic/destructive behaviors and recommend preventive measures to address risk and protective factors.
Communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of management, staff and military personnel.
Using data management and reporting systems to collect and organize data drawn from databases.
Monitoring and responding to reports regarding planning and strategies.
