You will serve as a Lead Production Control Coordinator in the MRO Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will serve as a lead to develop Production Control management process strategies for current, new, and emerging workloads while investigating stoppages in the production cycle.
You will monitor Production Control activities and serve as an analyst of production data to ensure all processes and procedures are accomplished and synchronized with the availability of resources.
You will modify and improve the Standard Operating Procedures for Production Control processes for current, new, or emerging workloads that encompass all required elements for Production Control.
You will conduct analysis of trends of customer concerns relative to products in process to determine lack of sufficient resources and conduct research using root cause analysis to determine problems.
You will recommend temporary resource moves to accommodate and remove bottlenecks in the production cycle while providing recommendations for resolutions to management.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
(1) Serving as a lead team member to develop Production Control management process strategies for current, new, and emerging workloads while investigating stoppages in the production cycle; (2) Monitoring Production Control activities and serving as an analyst of production data to ensure all processes and procedures are accomplished and synchronized with the availability of resources; (3) Modifying and improving the Standard Operating Procedures for Production Control processes for current, new, or emerging workload that encompasses all required elements of Production Control; (4) Conducting analysis of trends of customer concerns relative to products in process to determine lack of sufficient resources and conducting research using root cause analysis to determine problems; and (5) Recommending temporary resource moves to accommodate and remove bottlenecks in the production cycle while providing recommendations for resolutions to management.
