You will serve as a Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division of the Spectrum Warfare Systems Dept of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
NT-05 is equivalent to the GS-13/14
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $128,043).
Duties
You will serve as the task lead supporting PMS-408 in the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division (WXQ).
You will be the primary liaison between the Division and the Assistant Program Manager (APM) regarding tasking and budgets.
You will collaborate with Crane team members and branch managers to identify specific tasking and the corresponding budget to meet the requirements documented in Program Management Plan provided by the program office.
You will track and report the execution of the tasking and budget throughout the fiscal year.
You will work closely with branch managers to ensure resourcing is secured and tasking is executed to meet cost, performance, and schedule expectations of the customer.
You will be responsible for initiating procurements to support the project.
You will provide project execution plans and reports execution to the chain of command.
You will communicate any changes in scope or funding to and from the customer, project team, TPM, and division leadership.
You will identifie gaps in cost, performance, and scheduled enabling resource managers to mitigate them.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:analyzing and evaluating tasking and budget requirements to ensure cost, performance, and schedule expectations are met in support of customer objectives.
