You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the FACILITIES DIRECTORATE, ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION BRANCH of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.

Duties
You will plan and conduct management surveys and audits to evaluate programs for a major organizational segment, ensuring that management policies, practices, and procedures are consistent with strategic goals and objectives of USMC.
You will develop, coordinate, and implement program performance measure to evaluate programs for a major organizational segment of an agency, such as a regional office, center, or major field installation.
You will establish criteria to measure attainment of program goals and objectives and to ensure that the organization uses the best practices available to aid in improving overall performance.
You will solve problems in operations and functions of established mission-related programs and identify areas for program and policy development.
You will develop and/or monitor integrated reporting systems affecting programs with interrelated functions and operations.
You will plan and coordinate contract administration activities for long-term, extensive technical service contracts and/or cost type contracts.
You will procure items or services with specialized requirements, such as complex electronic systems and operations.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ability to use quantitative and qualitative analysis to compile data and prepare complex reports; gathering statistical data for budget activities; briefing and routinely communicating with other higher headquarter staff within Marine Corps Installations Command and subordinate regions; and conducting management surveys and audits to evaluate programs for a major organizational segment.
