About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. Duties

Establish and maintain primary and sub-hand receipts at the organizational level. Serve as the organizational command Supply Discipline Program Coordinator. Responsible to report items including but not limited to standard equipment inventory, cyclic, and sensitive items. Track and coordinate all existing and new requirements. Review provided documentation to determine accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Three-year probationary period may be required.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
• This position has a requirement to lift up to 50lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time
• Due to the nature of this position, employees are required to work both planned and unscheduled overtime.
• Incumbent must sign statement acknowledging this is an Excepted Service position that does not confer competitive status.
• This is an obligated position in which one has statutory restoration rights or entitlement based on active military service, recovery from a compensable injury, or return rights based on an overseas tour.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: 1) Managing non-expendable, durable, expendable Information Technology (IT) installation property supplies; 2) Receive, issue, and turn-in excess property; 3) Utilize automated logistics/force integration systems; and 4) Advise leadership with regulatory compliance. OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
