You will serve as an Industrial Specialist in the System Safety and Air Systems Intergration DEPT, System Safety and Environmental Engineering DIV of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will serve as the project lead, program manager, team lead or member of an integrated team/group providing technical guidance to a technical workforce and meeting customer requirements for products and/or services.
You will use advanced theories, concepts, principles and processes in research and engineering, test and evaluation and logistics functions.
You will identify and solve a wide variety of complex problems with many competing objectives, variables and constraints.
You will provide technical solutions that are balanced to achieve required technical performance within cost, schedule and technology constraints.
You will provide technical guidance to a technical workforce and meeting customer requirements for products and/or services.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/11 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide System Safety support and/or technical leadership to aircraft or avionics system programs/projects; 2) Interface with Program and/or technical leadership in resolving safety issues and hazards; 3) Apply Systems technical acumen and expertise to assess system level risk and recommending mitigation activities.
