You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the HQs USINDOPACOM Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manager with direct oversight and guidance of SAP and Special Technical Operations (STO) Security for INDOPACOM HQs, all sub-unified and subordinate commands.
You will manage, initiate, and have oversight of SAP classification management, safeguarding, security education, physical security, industrial security, communications security (COMSEC), computer security and personnel security
You will serve as technical advisor, subject matter expert, for Special Access Program Facility Accrediting Official (SAO), while conducting physical inspections of subordinate sites.
You will directly support the USINDOPACOM Commander and Deputy USINDOPACOM Commander for all SAP Security matters.
You will direct, coordinate, and oversee work through subordinate supervisors for compliance.
You will certify 100% of program briefed USINDOPACOM personnel are trained annually to reduce the probability of a security incident that causes grave harm to national security
You will develop and maintain the Access Control List (ACL) for annual reporting to Congress

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as:
1) Initiating all SAP Security program management, classification management, safeguarding, security education, physical security, industrial security, communications security (COMSEC), computer security and personnel security; 2) Having knowledge of Special Technical Operations/Special Access Programs, Controlled Access Programs (CAP), and Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM); 3) Having experience with Special Technical Operations System Administrator/Security Manager; and 4) Performing initial and annual review of SAP personnel security clearance information, training, and questionnaires.
