You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL (JAG) COMBINED ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS (JCAB) OFFICE of NLSC.

Duties

You will process and provide management of procurement requests, consistent with Department of Navy and local policy. You will be responsible for maintaining the supply database and procurement call logs. You will serve as the coordinator for the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program and will provide technical guidance on the interpretation and application of applicable regulations. You will track procurement actions to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of supply and procurement methods and sources in order to act as the subject matter expert, conduct research, provide recommended solutions, and resolve conflicts. 2) Analyzing and reviewing charge card activities to identify potential abuse and/or non-official use; 3) Providing guidance regarding the interpretation and application of policies; and 4) Ensuring acquisition and procurement files are complete for audits by including correct approvals and proof of receipt documentation in accordance with regulations. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
