Duties
You will manage travel order generation and voucher submittals for the Branch.
You will make all necessary arrangements for travel including foreign travel, arranging schedules of visits, prepare visit requests, making transportation and hotel reservations, notifying organizations and officials to be visited.
You will point of contact related to the coordination of security monitors, perform safety and security checks, and maintenance of building security logs.
You will take business and technical meeting minutes and generates correspondence, reports, and various work control documents involving both technical and highly specialized terminology.
You will receives and reviews all incoming and outgoing correspondence and memos; determines relative priorities, responsibility and cognizance; establishes a file of suspense actions required on all correspondence and recurring reports.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-6:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized Experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1)Utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook; 2) Reviewing forms for completeness and accuracy; 3) Maintaining a calendar of appointments and scheduling; 4) Providing routine information; 5) Maintaining files and coordinating travel arrangements; 6) Receiving visitors and telephone calls.
For GS-5:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized Experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1)Utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook; 2) Assisting in maintaining a calendar of appointments and scheduling; 3) Maintaining files and coordinating travel arrangements with guidance; 4) Receiving visitors and telephone calls.
