This position is located in Business Operations Support (EWB), Fish & Wildlife (EW), Environment, Fish & Wildlife (E), Chief Operating Officer (K), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to serve as the lead for budget development and business process management in the Business Operations Support group.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: 1) planning and overseeing administrative work related to the development, design and implementation of new and improved processes to meet business requirements; 2) providing support for budget development, project tracking, and project reports; and 3) ability to apply consensus building, negotiating, coalition building, and conflict resolution techniques to establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders including tribes and states.
There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-13 level.
