You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the N34 Division, Business Office of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will establish on going procedures to assess the effectiveness of the commands Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) program.
You will perform a strategic weapons security operation survey to measure program accomplishments.
You will advise departments on the preparation and/or development of contract specifications meet contractual requirements.
You will identify Physical Security issues requiring action to designate the level of protection required.
You will analyze and interpret security regulations, processes, and procedures for the protection of the activity's information, assets, and personnel.
You will resolve problems regarding Anti-Terrorism Programs to eliminate potential threats against the Agency's mission.
You will complete written assignments to support administration’s security efforts.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensures the effective and efficient administration of security contract support to key clients; 2) Conducts inspections and monitoring/assessments of services provided by contract service providers; 3) Conducts assessments to determine or recommend changes to existing or new contracts; and 4) Responsible for the oversight/inspection and reporting of the weapons Planned Maintenance System by reviewing and documenting requirements and accomplishments for each installations weapons maintenance program.
