You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Inspector General, 005 of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.
Duties
You will perform as the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program Manager responsible for planning,
developing, coordinating, analyzing, reviewing, tracking/monitoring, and conducting training.
You will prepare annual comprehensive guidance that addresses all aspects of IRM CS, RMIC SOA, IRM Reviews, IRM Risk Assessments, IRM/RMIC Risk-Focused
Flowcharts and IRM/RMIC Test Plans.
You will conduct business process analyses to develop requirements for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness by applying a hybrid of
methodologies consisting of Business Process Management and Continuous Process Improvement.
You will design and use templates to systematically collect, organize, analyze and evaluate CSs, test plans, program/function reviews, risk
analysis/management, risk-focused flowcharts with narratives, etc.
You will conduct training on drafting, reviewing, analyzing and finalizing CSs identifying and summarizing control testing methods, review and leveraging
of audits, inspections, evaluations and assist visits, assessing acquisition function.
You will provide assistance and guidance to IRM Coordinators, Program Managers and Senior Management Officials, as needed.
You will develop and maintain a tracking system for significant deficiencies.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: determining the appropriate application of applicable laws, policies, regulations, GAO reports and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars to provide effective oversight of the Managers Internal Control (MIC) Program.
