You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET FAM AND DGSIT DIVISION of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.
Duties
You will provide administrative services to communicate and report C5ISR interoperability issues.
You will support the interoperability testing of C5ISR systems.
You will develop budgetary projections to financial managers based on scheduling cycles.
You will coordinate with the C5ISR Subject Matter Expert (SME) lead agencies and define requirements.
You will serve as the official liaison between DGSIT organization and Program Executive Office. (PEO)
You will serve as the lead agent and senior analyst for DGSIT program.
You will plan and administer the work of the Division through analysis of workload and determination of priorities.
You will ensure sound personnel and position management.
You will manage all steps in the recruitment and hiring process, including selection recommendations.
You will ensure the proper handling and protection of classified information.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in program oversite, analysis, planning and leadership of technical expertise supporting a formal quality assurance function which informs the Fleet and Marine Expeditionary Force Commanders of the results of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) modernization strategy by assessing the operational commanders' C5ISR systems' interoperability and integration in an operational environment.
Experience applying expert knowledge in planning, managing, and executing all phases of the DGSIT process, including Preliminary Assessment, Problem Definition Surveys, Final Integration Testing, Marine Air Ground Task Force Integration Testing and all follow-actions that may result.
Expert with tactical and operational boundaries and limitations associated with C5I integration testing on an at-sea multi-ship Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESG), Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG)/Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU) or MEU field environment during rigorous and complex training exercises.
