You will serve as a Supply Technician (in the Electronics Attack Wing, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Department of Navy) of COMMANDER ELEC ATTACK WING PAC FLEET.

Duties

You will receive, screens, and inducts inbound Repair and Return assets from the CVNs and ashore activities using the Electronic Repairable Management System (eRMS) Enhance Repair and Return Module. You will process material received from the FRC-NW work center for disposition to the Repair and Return customer or to the supply system. You will receive, screens, and ships outbound Repair and Return material for repair at other FRC sites designated as the item’s Navy Enterprise center of excellence. You will process incoming Repair and Return assets from the repair sites for stock or Direct Turnover (DTO) to customers.

• You will be required to obtain a Forklift/Material Handling Equipment (MHE) license within 90 days of appointment and maintain thereafter.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing supply system database to track requisitions, inventory, or develop reports in order to support and manage returned and repairable assets. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

FOR GS-06: Successful completion of 1 full year of graduate education that is directly related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
