Duties
You will build Supplemental Aviation Spares Support (SASS) in support of scheduled/unscheduled squadron detachments and Expeditionary Squadron deployments.
You will monitor outstanding initial allowance and replenishment documents.
You will determine availability of built-up SASS for issue and maintain current schedules of SASS inventory and basic requirements lists.
You will ensure 100% inventory accuracy and accountability of Supply Officer’s assets.
You will receive and inspect material returned by squadrons upon completion of each detachment or expeditionary deployment, conduct inventory, and reconcile discrepancies; verify assets’ condition and determine disposition.
You will assist with the daily Rotatable Pool (RPOOL) operation including processing of transactions and ensuring procedures and functions are performed accurately by RPOOL staff.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You may be required to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Tracking requisitions, inventory, and the disposition of Supplemental Aviation Spares to update supply information into an automated supply tracking system.

Education

Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled;
