Duties

You will advise higher-level management of problems involving the relationships of the operations. You will implement materials quality assurance, quality control, safety, regulatory compliance, and logistic compliance. You will coordinate effort of all organizational elements to ensure project progress.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ) Executing engineering and construction contracts; 2) Utilizing technical engineering principles, building codes,and safety regulations; 3) Administering contracting procedures; and 4) Operating computers and software systems used for preparing specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
