Duties
You will support the Portfolio in developing comprehensive program plans and strategies, monitoring execution for the M365 Records & Data management program, enabling effective execution of the program and ensuring fulfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
You will support the Portfolio management of the M365 Records & Data software support activity, including coordination and prioritizing tasks.
You will support the Portfolio in developing an integrated master schedule and/or integrated master plan that identifies all tasks, including procurement/contracting, development, integration, testing, establishing development and production environments, and life cycle support.
You will support the implementation of agile methodologies, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), within assigned service(s) teams.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 802 Intermediate Level within 12 months of appointment.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
- The incumbent must participate in a continuous learning (CL) program as described in SECNAVINST 5239.20A and SECNAV M-5239.2.
- The incumbent must complete an annual 20 hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous learning must be documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: supporting acquisition and program development and execution in accordance with governing acquisition and procurement/contracting laws, regulations, and policies; Perform risk management activities to identify and mitigate program/ project risks.
