As a Supervisory Program Analyst you will supervise review support staff trainers, manage the support training activities across CSR and accomplish duties such as: serve as the contact for all support related training; coordinate training efforts for review support staff; collaborate to ensure training for support staff and Scientific Review Officers is well-integrated; and, collaborate within CSR to expand web presence for review support staff resources.
Duties
- Provides full supervision for Extramural Support Assistant (ESA) Trainers and Review Technical Assistants (RTAs).
- Serves as the contact for all Trans-CSR support related training, and a trans-NIH liaison between the RTAs and program officials at ICs and other NIH stakeholders for higher level communication and decision making (e.g., for percentiling decisions)
- Coordinates and integrates the training activities of the RTAs and ESA Trainers; maintains and updates training materials; and , identifies Intranet resources that require updates.
- Coordinates end user testing and communication of the RTAs with eRA Commons, RPC, RUG, and DPAIM to ensure IMPAC support is efficient and effective; strategizes with DPAIM to expand the web presence of RTA knowledge and ESA training resources.
- Performs program evaluation; evaluates the effectiveness of the support staff training program and of eRA IMPAC staff support by RTAs by conducting regular assessments that measure the development and analysis.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

Qualifications
You qualify at the GS-12 level, if you meet the following qualification requirement:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: coordinating activities to review the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of organizational programs; performing studies and/or analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of systems, policies and/or procedures related to the management and administration of organizational operations; implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations; and recommending and implementing operations solutions to senior management.
