The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Application and Platform Service Line is seeking a skilled individual to serve as the Solutions Architect for the Agency Enterprise Salesforce Platform Service. You will be responsible supporting the Product Manager and developing the governance, policies, procedures, operations, resources, and management of the service, leveraging a team of highly skilled personnel supporting customers across the Agency.
Duties
Serve as enterprise solutions architect, managing a platform backlog for the Enterprise Salesforce platform on behalf of the agency.
Assist and lead when necessary, the implementation of team structures, architectural approaches, governance, policies, procedures, services, processes, and tools to enable NASA to effectively utilize Salesforce and maximize our return on investment.
Support the execution of an Enterprise Salesforce Platform strategy and roadmap that will maximize the cost benefit of the service to NASA.
Support the execution of an overall governance plan, encompassing the oversight and operations of Salesforce across the Agency.
Lead and manage aligned center operational support teams and center service offerings.
Communicate and interface with Agency, Center, and other customers as required in support of smooth and successful Product and Service Management.
Provide feedback to service delivery contract teams.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
GS-14: To qualify at the GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
Developing and leading cross-functional teams to meet architectural IT service delivery requirements and formulating new concepts to operate optimally and achieve IT key objectives;
Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on a wide range of critical IT issues;
Formulating and developing business cases for the provisioning, operating, and operations and maintenance of IT applications and/or platforms.
AND
IF you are qualifying based on experience, you MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
