Duties
As a Supervisory Program Analyst you will:
Prepare and monitor key performance metrics with programs to access overall condition of work, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
Evaluate workforce operations to ensure standards are met and identify training needs.
Coordinate long-range planning and development of organizational strategies for unique organizational structures.
Assign work to staff members and provide instructions and guidance as needed
Analyze organizational priorities to support program administrative functions, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications
You qualify at the GS-13 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: leading a team of administrative staff in daily service-oriented operations; identifying trends and emerging problems to mitigate negative organizational impacts; developing and implementing policies or guidelines to help stream-line work processes; providing advice and technical assistance in the areas of training, workforce and call center operations to senior management officials.
