This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Transmission Business Operations (TAB), Chief of Staff (TA), Senior Vice President, Transmission Services (T).
A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst position will serve as a technical expert who serves as the programmatic technical, policy and strategic expert responsible for leading and coordinating teams and advising leaders on complex financial issues.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Experience in applying the principles of finance, applicable to 1) financial operations and transactions involved in the business organizations, and related basic economic, accounting, and legal principles to provide expert advice, consultation and analysis to senior managers on asset management, debt management or cost management, and 2) developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of financial management activities, and developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of those activities.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
