About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the 7th Signal Command, 106th Signal Brigade - Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Duties
Develop, plan, analyze, and implement Resource Management issues, projects, services and programs related to the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC).
Evaluate and consolidate budgetary input from RNEC activities.
Perform management study research, develops data, prepares letters, studies, reports and other miscellaneous material on a large variety of subjects relative to resource and manpower management, to include various special projects.
Responsible for coordination of the RNEC support agreements program.
Incumbent analyzes Acquisition Packages.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by reviewing manpower and organization policies, regulations or directives for accuracy; advising management on the financial status and/or budget for the organization and/or programs; identifying issues related to the funding, budget and/or agreements, preparing a variety of administrative and/or technical reports, experience creating and modifying mission partner Service Agreements, to include requirements and accurate invoicing, and hands on experience with G-Invoicing, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
