You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVY CULTURE AND FORCE RESILIENCE OFFICE.
Duties
You will lead, drive, and design deployment of select initiatives that lead to the success of MyNavy HR QoS and the continuous improvement of MyNavy HR processes.
You will advises with oversight of collaboration with partner commands and organizations to ensure adequate availability and flow of data and
information to support MyNavy HR QoS initiatives.
You will assists with facilitation and compilation of QoS related data, information, and tasks.
You will coordinate with necessary Comptrollers on budget/POM estimates and fiscal execution for QoS efforts across MyNavy HR enterprise, CNIC, BUMED, and OPNAV codes.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advises on Strategic Quality of Service efforts to include strategic planning, budgeting, communication, and analytics; 2) Works within and across the organization to set standards and guidelines and develops a process to align and integrate existing protocols among organizations; 3) Serves as the lead for Quality of Service efforts related to evaluating and improving management practices, policies, processes, and structure; AND 4) Analyzes the impact of new or modified policy and/or process changes and provides guidance and recommendations.
