The selectee for this position will serve as a Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 grade level and is responsible for providing technical expertise on highly complex products relative to assigned intelligence portfolio(s) associated with specialized, sensitive Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection and exploitation of other portfolios as required. This position is located in Office of Naval Intelligence, Collection Operations in Suitland, MD.
Duties
You will serve as an intelligence analysis and collection expert, and perform duties as a senior analyst providing technical expertise on intelligence portfolio(s) associated with specialized, sensitive Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection.
You will interpret applicable Intelligence Community (IC) policies to appropriately adapt guidelines to ensure fused knowledge is presented to a broad customer set.
You will provide broad general military intelligence (GMI) expertise to the collection and analysis of Publicly Available Information (PAI) Open-Source material derived from the digital environment for assigned portfolio.
You will work and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, ONI Senior Intelligence Officers, and ODNI/USDI campaign leads on analytical priorities and intelligence research and analysis production.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period.
- This position requires periodic polygraph examinations.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical expertise on highly complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretations, or dissemination of information and/or products relative to assigned intelligence portfolio(s) associated with specialized, sensitive open source Intelligence (OSINT) collection; 2) Utilizing extensive knowledge of select intelligence portfolio areas and interprets applicable Intelligence Community (IC) policies to appropriately adapt guidelines to ensure fused knowledge is presented to a broad customer set; and, 3) Providing broad general military intelligence (GMI) expertise to the collection and analysis of Publicly Available Information (PAI) Open Source material derived from the digital environment for assigned portfolio, and ensuring that program personnel effectively answer Fleet, COCOM and IC Requests for Information (RFI's) and tasking.
