This position is located within the Executive Office (EO) and oversees both the Office of the Director Administrative Management Branch (ODAMB) & Acquisitions, Procurement, Commercial management Office (CMO) and Property Management Programs.

Duties

Manage, direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of subordinate staff. Plan, develop, formulate, and administer the policies and procedures governing the activities of administrative and management programs including budget and acquisitions. Oversee all administrative management matters associated with programs and operations; with responsibility for the analysis of organizational priorities and the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. Plan, direct, manage, coordinate, and provide comprehensive results-oriented approaches to human capital management and workforce planning to include identifying, developing, and implementing approaches to optimize human capital assets.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this GS-15 position: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: developing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating administrative management programs for an organization; managing human, financial, and contracting/acquisition resources; providing guidance on laws, regulations, and policies governing administrative management programs; coordinating administrative management programs with management officials, customers, and other organizations; serving as approving official for requisitions of equipment, supplies, and other materials and services; AND providing supervision and direction to other staff.
