You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Security Division, Code 1120 located in Security Administration Office of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF)
Duties
You will prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures, guidelines, etc., concerning assigned programs.
You will make presentations and conduct training at conferences, other Shipyards, and outside activities regarding the Command's security programs.
You will provide guidance, assistance, oversight, and advisory and problem solving services concerning command level security related management, business, and leadership systems.
You will evaluate external directives for management, business, and leadership systems' impact and determine how best to integrate into the Division's management, business, and leadership systems.
You will attend senior management meetings and provide recommendations to them on management, business, and leadership system issues and projects.
You will develop models for analyzing management and program studies, business and leadership systems, and their effectiveness.
You will develop divisional level plans to lead senior management in establishing, monitoring and updating the Command's security related mission and strategy.
You will coordinate reviews, inspections, surveys, and audits as required ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
You will develop training materials, courses, tools, and skills required to effectively implement security management and business systems for use by a wide audience (e.g., Shipyard, NAVSEA, outside activities).
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting studies and analyzing findings to develop and implement guidelines for effective management on security related program goals or objectives.
