You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Total Force Management (N1) of CTR FOR AVIATION TECHNL TRNG.

Duties

You will serve as a program liaison, consult, and advisor to all levels of CNATT Units, Detachments, Learning Sites, and Directorates in the processing of civilian/military manpower programs, requirements, and functions. You will assist in the development, maintain, and distribute local instructions, manuals, work flow processes and procedures, regarding civilian/military manpower programs, requirements, and functions. You will analyzes the efficiency, efficacy, and compliance in civilian/military manpower programs, requirements, functions, and related regulations, procedures, processes, and other related guidance.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in the gathering of data for organizational and manpower utilization studies for an organization; 2) Performing data entry, submission, tracking, follow-up, and completion of personnel action request and required documentation utilizing applicable system, programs, application and software; and 3) Providing administrative support duties (i.e. Preparing reports, briefings, spreadsheets and other correspondence). In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
