You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of the SECURITY DIVISION in the SPECIAL PROGRAMS BRANCH of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $128,043).
Duties
You will serve as the Sensitive Activity and Intelligence Related Contracting (SAIRC) Program Lead/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) supporting SCI tasking being performed at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane.
You will be responsible for program intelligence, intelligence related, and security programs for Army, Navy, Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and Other Government Agency (OGA) Programs.
You will ensure compliance with SECNAVINST C4200.35 and DOD 5105.21-M-1 Volumes 1 through 3, in execution of all SAIRC contract actions.
You will interact with various personnel to include: Technical Project Managers (TPMs)/Task Leads/Technical Customer Representatives, NSWC Crane Security SSO, contract vendor PMs, FSOs, SAIRC office personnel that support SAIRC contracts.
You will serve as Point of Contact and collaborate with individual Task Managers, SAIRC Contract Managers, and SAIRC Contracting Officers to execute related contract actions.
You will also be responsible for contract funding obligations and coordinating funding for Government labor.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing contract oversight and administration through execution of Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Contracting functions to ensure financial and technical compliance with contract terms and conditions.
