You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Information Technology Department, NAVAIR Deport North Island of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will be responsible for ensuring that upgrades to Depot Maintenance Systems are understood and acceptable for implementation from a functional standpoint. You will participate in system testing, implementation of business processes, and maintenance of users guides. You will develop education and training programs, including plans and course requirements to educate and train users on the Depot Maintenance Systems. You will provide program support, assessment, and consultation services for assigned programs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following. Examples of specialized include: 1) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations, management principles, concepts, policies, and regulations; 2) Demonstrating knowledge of depot maintenance systems portfolio of applications or similar software applications; 3) Performing information management system reviews or studies in support of program requirements; 4) Conducting performance analysis for several software applications to ensure that integration capability exists; 4) Maintaining an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system for assigned program/project; 5) Demonstrating knowledge in depot work operations, trades and shop practices and all phases of shop repair and overhaul; 6) You will assist in developing education and training programs, including plans and course requirements to educate and train users on the Depot Maintenance Systems or similar software systems; and 7) Functioning as a liaison to stakeholders to ensure that program needs are addressed and goals are met.
