You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (IMSO) in the Training Air Wing Six, Executive Department of TNG AIR WING SIX.
Duties
You will be responsible for the administration, management and oversight of all Security Cooperation Education and Training Program (SCETP) matters for Training Wing SIX (TW-6).
You will provide management oversight to all International Military Students (IMS) annually attending primary and advance flight training at TW-6.
You will review program requirements, maintain long and short range planning calendars, coordinate scheduling, identify International Military Students (IMS) required qualifications and monitor academic progress.
You will establish and enforce policies for the administrative and logistical support for International Military Students and their families.
You will plan, develop and conduct the Field Studies Program designed to give the students a balanced understanding of American society, institutions, judicial systems etc.
You will formulate and develop the overall Field Studies Program (FSP) budget for Training Air Wing (TRAWING).
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
For the GS-11:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating a student training program by recommending improvements on administrative matters for a military flight program.
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support with a student training program by assisting military students on administrative matters for a military flight program.

Education
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the GS-11:
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the GS-09:
A master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
OR
LL.B. or J.D. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
