You will serve as a IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) (CUSTSPT) in the WEB APPLICATION SUSTAINMENT of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.

Duties

You will develop, refine and maintain function and systems requirements and specifications for systems to meet business requirements. You will consult with functional business owners and customers to refine functional requirements. You will translate functional requirements into design specifications. You will apply a structured systems analysis approach to the design and development of new or enhanced applications.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develop, refine and maintain function and systems requirements and specifications, consult with functional business owners and customers to refine functional requirements, translate functional requirements into design specifications, plan system implementations. Your resume must also demonstrate demonstrate at least one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
