About the Position: This is Term NTE 13 months position and may be extended up to a maximum of six years.

This position is located at Fort Novosel, Alabama, home of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence.
Duties
Brief organizational leadership informing them of program effectiveness and productivity.
Spot check samples to ensure they are packaged in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Develop training courses for Unit Prevention Leaders to ensure adherence to all regulations and policies.
Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct operations of the Installation Drug Testing Collection Point (IDCP).
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation (National Agency Check with Written Inquiries).
- Incumbent must obtain certification from the DA DTC Certification Course within 9 months of assuming duties.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includesreviewing routine reports and identifying discrepancies, trends, or problems; performing collection, packaging, shipping and tracking of specimens; preparing clear and concise reports describing collection techniques; safeguarding sensitive testing information; and maintaining current and accurate office and drug testing records.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
