You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Total Force Manpower Management Division of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS.
Duties
You will serve as the Manpower Team Lead responsible for providing project leadership, technical expertise, and product quality assurance and control in support of assigned management analysts.
You will provide managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administration and programmatic aspects of agency manning and management requirements.
You will Develop, coordinate, and maintain an integrated system of manpower/manning services.
You will exercise effective control over the manpower resources of the Region; coordinate and integrate civilian and military manning data so as to better interpret the composite results to all levels of the Region
You will implement and manage Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), a military, civilian, NAF, and contractor billet/end strength management system.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in manpower requirements and funded billets (BA) and Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS); Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD) studies to Activity Manning Documents to review and validate requirements.
Performing manpower planning, requirements determination, distribution and documentation in concert with the Navy Manpower Data Accounting Systems.
Applying analytical and management analysis methods and techniques to execute an effective position management program.
Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations such as complex manpower management processes and systems.
